PALESTINE IN AMERICA TO RELEASE SPECIAL BASEBALL EDITION OF QUARTERLY MAGAZINE
PALESTINE IN AMERICA
NADER IHMOUD
[CHICAGO] —— Did you know Palestine had a baseball team?
Palestine in America is gearing up to release its highly anticipated Palestinian National Baseball Team edition, exclusively for our subscribers and advertisers.
The team played in its first international tournament back in January and is preparing for more competition during the second half of the year. This edition will introduce our readers to the people who made the team and its recent success possible.
As you flip through this edition, players like Tarik El-Abour, Tariq Suboh, Yunis Haleem and Zaki Haj will stand out. El-Abour is currently a minor league free-agent who had a stint with the Kansas City Royals; Suboh is an elite catcher who currently plays semi-professional baseball in the Indiana and Chicagoland area; Haleem is easily compared to major leaguer Marcus Stroman and played Division I baseball at Chicago State University; Al Haj is known for his strong arm, which has topped off at 90 miles per hour.
